WHERE CAN I BUY TRIO?

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, pending item availability and payment approval. Due to the exclusivity of our collections, we expect high volumes. You will receive an email notifying you of your tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Most orders placed monday through friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Weekend orders will begin processing on monday.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you want to cancel your order after placing it on our website, you can simply email us on sales.trioessentials@gmail.com with your order number and demand cancellation of the order.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Once an order is placed, you can still change the shipping address. Just email us your order number along with the new shipping address, and we’ll update it for you!
CAN I FIND YOU ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

ORDERS AND TRACKING
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 4 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you don't love your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Returns must be requested within 14 days of the date of delivery. Domestic returns are subject to have a return shipping fee of PKR 300.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Products marked as "Final sale" are not eligible for return.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
We do offer exchanges! Simply email us with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. Once we receive the item and process your request, we'll ship out your new item right away.
